Dental treatment

Dental doctor told me that if there is no sensation nor pain within the root of that tooth...that tooth is most likely 'eaten up' slowly by organisms and the nerves also detroyed. So no pain within the tooth.
There is bound to be bacterias staying around the root of the tooth. Any surgical procedure could let the bacterias get into the whole body's blood stream. As the bacteria travlled around the bllod stream, some con cause heart, kidney, brain and other sickness.
Fortunately most people have body resistance that could fight the infection. It may happen like the root of the tooth with nerve and pulp desroyed gradually. If bacteria get to the important site and cause dsiturbance to various part of the body, then there would be Endocarditis with heart inflammation and heart attack. Stroke, Nephritis ( kidney infection & inflamation).
Dentist usually check the root of the tooth again with X Ray and careful check up. Then the Cardiologist ( heart specialist) will proceed with Ecocardiogram to check any vegetation around the heart valves.
Soft pieces of vegetation may be dislodged and casue Stroke,
Follow up and have check up again with a good timing.

Prevention is better than cure.
WHO commented that children are the major transmitters of influenza virus and those 5 to 9 years old of age are typically showing the highest rates of infections and illness.
CDC, and W. H. O. ( WHO) recommendations: include influenza vaccination for persons with Diabetes, Asthma, Chronic heart diseases, immunocompromised individuals and the persons aged 50 and above with possible risk of contact of such virus.

At the palace

On the 23rd November 2006. I went to the palace of sarawak, Borneo to have tea with our chief of state. We talked about the nice fresh air during the end of the year and the special beauty of the sea beach of the new palace road.
' It is a blessing to be around Borneo where there is more natural beauty and ecotourism. There are less cancer cases as observed.'
'' Why it is so ?" Our chief wished to know
One of the factor is pollution such as Hydrocarbon from numerous cars in cities.

It would be nice to have a trip to the seaside and visit the exclusive island....most likely early May 2007

Mental

Mental fitness: True , this is our brain in training.

A friend mentioned conflicting views of middle east people and western educated people. He saidit is worrying that there is no simple truth.
Actually there must be a principle which is suitable for a period of time at a designated location...for example on earth. Mental health is a very iportant part of our overal health.
At least 911 and related violence should not be allowed to happen as it surpass the limit of human right for survival and common practice of love and care.
It is a wonderful experience to observe customers walking into our office. After gathering information regarding where they live and then compare with data such their sir name, physical and then mental situation. There will be interesting conversation of how much they know their link with their ancesters in China and other part of the world.
In Borneo, various group of people from China( just quote as one of the example as there are people from Europe, India and other countries) preserving their ancient culture including languages for hundred of years. Specific dialects with very good original tongue can be noticed in Borneo and these cultures reflect what could be found hundred of years ago in china.
A simple example is the way they speak, the food they prepared and the methods they used in farming. They have already formed an organised method and a peaceful sequence has already set in their mind.
They feel contented and always ready to work for a better future. The culture is still existing today. Try to visit the people around Kuching, Sarawak, Borneo. Talk to them and compare their mental well being and see how much we can learn from them.

Snoopy

Snoopy, our 5 years old pet dog is happy after a nice hair cut by me. Blacky, Red 'refuse' haircut like most male dogs.
Snoopy is a good 'girl'. Little female dog never disturb my cars ....no urine marking

If it is a rainny day..it linger on till 1 pm.....everyday...contented...never greedy but always faithfull everyday...yes everyday...I love the friendship...everyday friendly

Giant ant

This ant in th tropical forest is as huge as my thumb. It form part of the life cycle of the forest and the wonderful nature. Yes. Need to protect the environment to ensure balanced ecosystem.
Sure I didnot use insecticide before taking this photograph. In fact I suffered with backache and right Sciatica after an hour chasing after this ant and attempted 20+ photos with this acceptable Digital photo. Of course on the 5th Nov 06, I climbed up the mountain( more than 15,000 inches high) to get this picture.

The little tree in the garden bear fruits. True miniature red apples.MMmmm can you spot the little creature over the left lower corner of the apple? I like morning sunshine. It is the best time of the day. Mmmm like the cool breeze too

My friend may have sickness since many years ago..yet there is a special character developed in caring for the environment and 'true' good people among the community.
The warm sun will rise again, definately, tomorrow...yes I am sure of that my friend.
