中国或将调整人民币汇率政策

亚洲地区市场分析师毗瑟努.维拉德翰(Vishnu Varathan)表示，中美关系日渐缓和，或许预示中国政府可能于近期调整人民币汇率政策。

　　维拉德翰表示：“中国政府最近有关人民币汇率灵活性区间的表态，与新加坡式管理下的浮动汇率机制（即针对一篮子货币来管理人民币汇率）并不矛盾。这种交易区间或许将表现出更大的‘灵活性'。”

　　“另一个关键因素将是一种内在升值倾向，其形式是名义有效汇率的向上倾斜，这可以根据经济复苏的阶段加以操控，从而更长久地实施这种汇率机制。”

　　维拉德翰指出，人们认为中国人民银行(People's Bank of China)正在考虑允许人民币兑俄罗斯卢布、韩元和马来西亚林吉特的交易——目前只有人民币兑美元、欧元、日元、英镑和港元的交易。他表示：“这将有利于人民币的逐渐国际化。”

　　“建立更多的双边交易，可能也会减少美元资产的累积，并降低对美元的依赖。”

科学家发现新的前人类时代物种

科学家说，在南非出土的两具保存完好的古代骷髅显示，它们代表先前未知的前人类时代的物种或类人猿。

　　这些骷髅是由一个成年雌性和一个少年雄性类人猿的骨骼组成的，距今将近两百万年。

　　它们是两年前在约翰内斯堡郊外被列为世界遗产的马拉帕洞穴发现的。

　　南非金山大学的李·伯杰教授在《科学》杂志上发表文章说，这些骨骼化石标志着一种从树上生活向地面生活转化的过渡性动物种类。

　　他说，这一发现为人类历史掀开了新的篇章。

美国管理机构: 脂肪溶解疗法不能除脂 （2010-04-09）

（华盛顿路透电）美国食品与药物管理局说，卫浴公司(Spa)提供的所谓脂肪溶解疗法其实并不能去除脂肪，业者应停止误导消费者。

溶脂药物未获批准

　　它发表声明说，这类称为深层溶脂法(lipodissolve)、中胚层疗法(mesotherapy)或注射脂肪溶解技术(injection lipolysis)等疗程，都需为消费者注射未经验证的药物。

　　药物评估与研究中心主任伍德考克说：“我们担心这些Spa公司会误导消费者。有意尝试这类疗程的人应该知道，业者用来进行溶脂疗法的药物并未获得当局批准。”

　　美国食品与药物管理局已发警告信给所有提供溶脂疗程的公司。它也警告一家巴西公司，停止在两个网站上促销溶脂产品，并将通知巴西执法当局有关行动。

　　该管理局说：“我们已发出警告，要(巴西)这两个网站停止引进和分销未经批准的溶脂药物和产品到美国。”

　　 长期饮水不足，则会导致大脑的老化与萎缩，直接影响对机体功能的指挥。血液的含水量在90％以上，饮水不足，会导致血液粘稠度增高，对新陈代谢造成障碍，体内废物不能及时排出，从而加重血管、心、脑、肾的负担。

A puppy of 6 months old is also on our list of new member. Lassie, my new pet dog has the German Shepherd look. Lassie likes to tilt her head to a side and watch my lip movement.

Feel stupid after cheated by a staff of Borneo Real Estate of Kuching. Friends heard the story and said it has happened in the past. They asked why it could happen. Sound that it should not have happened.

One friend mentioned that if Borneo Real Estate volunteered to help, as the staff same to me. Then it is best to look for our own friend. There is special intention with such volunteering act. So this is a lesson for long term good health. See you soon , my friend

It is nice to wake up with bright sunshine, cool breeze. The weather Forecast centre predict dry weather from December 09 to early 2011. That sound good to have less rain during rainning season of northern part of Borneo.
I suppose many people can plan to ceebrate new year 2010 without the trouble of rainning cats and dogs.
A new hotel , Pullman hotel celebrated grant opening on the 17th November 2009 in Kuching.
That should be a good shopping mall for new window shopping.

德国科研调查：腰围粗中风几率可超7倍

腰围的粗细比整体的体重更能显示一个人是否会中风或短暂性脑缺血发作
