All human should ask for preventive measures, no war

Iran should go straight for help to build the most advance and sofe light water type nuclear reactor for 'peaceful' electricity use.
They could use their plentiful petroleum for electricity. That is cheaper for the time being.
However, it is obvious that any research or work should aim at safe and advance 'Nuclear electricity' by advance light water type nuclear reactor.
