Light is a type of energy. Sun light with Ultra Violet ray is one of the cause of skin Cancer. Hazardous UV light is serious if the wavelengths are between 256 to 320 nano meter. Sun light with strong UV ( especially UV-B) causes skin cancer, eye injuery such as cataract.
