骨量
一般老人都较易发生骨折。人到30岁,就会达到所谓的“骨峰值”,你的骨峰值越高,你“储存库”里的骨量也就越多,日后患骨质疏松症的几率就会相对地减少。 年轻时候经常运动,能够让人体骨量增长得更多。这样的话,就算30岁以后出现骨质流失的情况,还是能长久确保骨骼健康。
