Art of good health
A friend is very good in horticulture and gardening. He mentioned that it is best to water the plant next to the house twice a day with appropriate amount of water. during the interval the soil gradually dry up and there is relatively more air reaching te root of the plant.
True enough, the plants thrive well and there are plenty of large fruits.
Our physical body alos need regulation of food and the right amount of food.For example One large spoon of Honey in the morning before breakfast and a small amount such as one tea spoon of honey before sleep is really nice as an additional booster for health food.
For children( actually everybdy) mental stability and overal health well being actually benefit from periodic control and encouragement. For example periodic, egular enrichment of material, tools (toys),books, good food, mentally of psychological support, encouragement, strong unconditioned love given to children ( or children to parent/family)really works.
Just like care for the garden plants. My friend showed wisdom.
