熬夜追世杯 别输掉健康
由于世杯赛举办国德国跟我国有时差,今年大部分球赛的转播时间都在午夜过后,球迷追球不得不熬夜,熬夜需要食物充饥提神才能支撑,看来吃夜宵是不可避免的。 俗话说:捱一天夜,睡三晚也补不回来。我们一定要做个明智的球迷,好好保养好自己的身体,才能打赢这场仗,否则很难捱到决赛。
