Poor kidney function, one of the complications of Diabetes need immediate attention. One of the recent treatment is using a medicine known as Sulodexide. Ask your doctor to arrange for evaluation and you may be given the medicine Sulodexide. Albumin 'leakage' through the urine usually reduced after treatment with Sulodexide.The advantage is claimed to be improved blood vessel permeability, improved function of basement membrane of kidney.
